Sound Check Partners with the University of Miami
This winter, the Sound Check Foundation is teaming up with University of Miami Athletics to launch the Hurricanes Holiday Sound Select — a unique opportunity for South Florida’s best high school musicians to perform, learn, and lead. Selected members of the Sound Check South Florida All-Star Band will perform during a series of University of Miami basketball games through late December and early January, showcasing their talent before thousands of fans. Alongside the music, students will gain access to college readiness programming and an inside look at the University of Miami experience. It’s performance with purpose — a celebration of education, creativity, and community.
